Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon!
How long does shipping take?
Processing takes 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by product — each product page shows the estimated delivery window. Most orders arrive within 3–12 business days depending on the item.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. You can use it to follow your package the whole way.
What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day guarantee on all orders. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no hassle.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Send us a photo of the damaged item through our Contact page and we'll take care of it immediately. You won't need to ship anything back.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, they may already be in processing. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
Are your products safe for pets?
Yes — all products in our store are carefully selected with pet safety in mind. Our materials are pet-friendly and designed for everyday use.
Do your collars fit all dog sizes?
Most of our collars come in multiple sizes (XS through XL). Check the individual product page for sizing details and pick the right fit for your dog.
